Lost or undelivered goods and delays
In case an order is lost in transit, you can contact our customer service in order for us to initiate an investigation with our couriers, however, BESTSELLER shall not be liable for lost orders. Risk in the products passes to you when we hand over the products to the carrier. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after dispatch from our warehouse. BESTSELLER shall not be responsible or liable for any products lost during shipping or delays resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party postal or courier services.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you have entered the wrong address, BESTSELLER is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address. In case a product is returned to us as undeliverable, BESTSELLER will process a refund to you, deducting the delivery and return costs.
Payments may be subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer/payment provider and us, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to decline certain payment methods and/or refer to a different payment method depending on the circumstances.
