How to Measure (Men)

Chest – Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the tape horizontal.
Waist – Measure around the natural waistline, usually at or just above the navel.
Inseam – Measure from the crotch down to the ankle bone (often shown as 30″, 32″, or 34″ lengths).
